When setting up the trial operation of the rotary machine, it is found that the engine is smoking black smoke, the engine rotation speed is dropping, the car is bored, poor performance and other phenomena, it is necessary to stop immediately, check the speed of the selected power output shaft, the speed ratio of the rotary machine umbrella gear and the correct installation and settings of the rotary machine, after eliminating the malfunction, you can put it into operation.

When rotating, the unit must operate according to the correct procedure. Correct procedure:

In the ascending state of the rotor, coupled with the power output shaft, the gearbox hangs at a suitable gear position, gently releases the clutch pedal, while increasing the throttle, slowly lowering the rotor to a suitable plowing depth. During field work, the engine should be controlled by hand throttle to ensure smooth and balanced power from the unit.

When turning the head, it is necessary to raise the rotor and prohibit turning and maneuvering when cultivating the ground, otherwise this will lead to damage to the rotor and hanging parts of the tractor. The lift is too high when the driveshaft angle is too large, which may cause the power output shaft to be destroyed. When lifting the working swing, the angle between the cardan shaft and the motor output axis is controlled within 15° if possible.

Choosing the appropriate speed of the tractor during rotational processing is an important link in ensuring the normal operation and quality of the unit. The forward speed is chosen wisely so that the unit achieves the goal of high productivity, quality and low consumption.

For proper operation the following speed is recommended: low 2nd gear or 3 - 5 km/h; Arid and highly sticky lands 2 - 3 km/h; Water fields, sand 3 - 5 km/h or three gears lower.

If possible, choose a rotor with a blade axis rotation of 200 to 300 rpm. How to calculate them?
